| Young Women’s Strength Training
The right strength training program for your teen girl is now just a scaled down version of our adult program. During this 8-week session, girls (ages 13-16) can develop a knowledge of fitness of using a variety of techniques and equipment. The goals of this program are to develop confidence, reduce stress and become stronger.

Teen Weight Training for Young Men
Are you interested in learning proper lifting techniques? Are you looking for the edge weight training gives you while playing sports? The YMCA has developed a Teen Weight
