Before & Afterschool Programs
Our Before & Afterschool Programs offer a variety of activities for kids in Kindergarten through 5th grade.

Activities include:

  • Homework Help and Tutoring
  • Organized Sports & Games
  • Arts & Crafts
  • Community Service Learning Projects
  • Field Trips

Service Areas & Hours:
Argonne Before & Afterschool hours are from 7 A.M. - 6 P.M. and serves students attending Argonne only.

Lafayette Afterschool hours are from 1 P.M. - 6 P.M. and serves students attending Lafayette, Sutro, Peabody, McCoppin, Alamo, Cabrillo, and Claire Lilianthal Elementary Schools. Transportation is provided by the YMCA for an additional fee.

Argonne YMCA program costs:

        AM Program (7:00am - 8:30am).....$120 /mo

        PM Program (2:40pm - 6:00pm).....$320 /mo

       

        AM Program Deposit.......................$60                                           

        PM Program Deposit.......................$160

        AM & PM Program Deposit...............$220

**Morning Care is available for all grades throughout the Summer.

Lafayette YMCA program costs:

     

          School lets out BEFORE 2:30pm.....$345 /mo

        School lets out AFTER 2:30pm.......$315 /mo

        Transportation............................$40 /mo

        Afterschool Program Deposit..........$160

These programs are subject to change based upon enrollment.

680 18TH Ave. between Balboa & Cabrillo (enter on 17th Ave.)

Cost:

Full Facility Members: $21/day

Program Members*:   $26/day

Community Members: $31/day

*Program Membership (optional): $50/year ($75 for family)

Hours:

8 A.M. - 6 P.M.

Drop off between 8 a.m.- 10 a.m.

Pick up between 4 p.m.- 6 p.m.

There is a $1 per minute late fee after 6 p.m.

Lunch & Snacks: Morning & Afternoon snack is provided by the YMCA. Students need to bring a sack lunch. Do not pack items that need to be heated or refrigerated. Please do not pack glass containers.
